    Good working atmosphere and good management. Top quality products recognised all over the world.

    Corporate world with high pressure from top management to achieve target.

    Make more opportunities for youngsters in dealerships to work in Daikin than external people.

    I have been working at Daikin full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Able to learn a lot things from software development to IT support

    Cons

    Stingy company, only hire 3 person for IT in Dakin Research & Development Sdn Bhd.
    One person have to do all the things from software development to database administrator until IT support.
    Very conservative management and not willing to change.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more software engineer and IT technican.
    Invest more money on software development.

    Pros

    Good marketing strategies.
    Good product range and brand acceptability.
    Proper and timely trainings given to team.

    Cons

    A lot of internal politics.

    You will be embarrassed in front of juniors.

    No question is answered but it gives two more questions which need to be answered.

    No work life balance.

    Management believes in sitting late night and working on weekends.

    Advice to Management

    Please review what going on in the system which is leading to a lot of employee movement from the company.

    Kindly pay attention to work life balance aspect also as you have hired humans and not machines.

    I have been working at Daikin full-time

    Pros

    Pay is good for area but its took 30 years to get it.Was Goodman bought buy daikin. So they taking plant to Texas.

    Cons

    Major lack of communication. Needs of company are all that matters. They could care less about employees .

    Advice to Management

    I do not see how this place has been in business as long as it has.Very unorganized and inconsiderate people.Daikin bought Goodman and is moving lt.No real surprise

    - Hierarchy is important since it is a Japanese company
