Great work atmosphere, wonderful people, well respected product, decent pay and benefits.
Horrible communication between senior management and the rest of the company, change moves down the line at a glacier's pace, in certain departments opportunities for advancement are erratic at best and non-existent at worst, and management is slow to hire to meet growing demand overloading existing workforce. Bad balance between work and personal life.
Advice to Management
Provide your employees with more freedom to bring positive change to the company. If you're going to overload a department to the point that they're working 12 hour days then adjust your expectations regarding the quality of that work or staff up the department.
