I have been working at Dairy Crest

      Pros

the people at the middle and lower ends of management are very committed, hardworking and pull together to get things done

      Cons

the senior team and overall corporate culture is often unsupportive of the lower ranks, operating a culture of control and blame rather than one of empowerment and trust

      Advice to Management

listen to what your employees tell you and try to change

Supportive employer with great development opportunities. Salary good.

      Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Dairy Crest part-time

      Pros

Friendly staff. Health and Safety is a top priority across all divisions! I didn't find it to difficult to follow but you just have to this twice when doing something as otherwise they would give a star card!

      Cons

There was no real time for agency workers to get properly trained. But eventually if they finally learned themselves how to do job properly then managers will come and take the task away from them and give it to their own employees, which results in reducing working hours without any warning.
