    High store count, large geographical area, company pushing more of a supervisor role than a consultant role.

    It's A LOT at first. Kinda stressful. but once you get the hang of it, it gets pretty easy.

    Cons

    A lot to learn right off the bat
    Not reliable source of income, especially during the colder months. i was going from working nearly everyday for 4-9.5 hours to not working for the whole week.

    -Great learning experience for first job

    Cons

    -Haven't seen my managers in 2 months even though they are always calling us to make us do something even though everything's clean
    -Made me work and close the store by myself counting the money, cleaning, closing/shutting down things.
    -Yelled at me because i wore a black shirt instead of a dark blue one and said that i needed to be more responsible even though everyone quit and i am the only one left working

    -give good positive feedback to employees
