    Pros

I loved my Coworkers, The pay was minimum, but good for my first job ($10) , Time off basically whenever as long as you notify them.

    Cons

The Management was not so up to par. They were barely even at work, I had to come in for them at least once a week.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Dairy Queen full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Family-friendly, professional/casual culture. A comfortable place to work with lots of long-tenured employees, as well as a number of employees who have left the company and later returned. Opportunities to sample new food and treat products in development. Quarterly reload of employee gift cards that are usable at the corporately run restaurant locations. On-site gym facility for employee use.

    Cons

Overall, slow to adopt new technologies. Many positions have little to no opportunity for advancement. Relationships between corporate and franchisee leadership can complicate the execution of new initiatives or changes in procedure of any kind. All parking is on an outdoor surface lot. No on-site cafeteria.
