I have been working at Daisy Brand full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This is the best place I have ever worked. Daisy gives you the best equipment needed to do your job and they update technology frequently to help make our jobs better. The PTO time and health benefits are number one. You work hard but are rewarded for your hard work. Profit sharing and Bonuses are icing on the cake.

    Cons

none that I can think of

I have been working at Daisy Brand full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great PTO policy. Health insurance and dental and vision are very good as well. Most employees work 4 days a week. Company washes uniforms for you and buys work boots.

    Cons

Variability with shifts. Uncertain when shift will end based on that days performance. Raises are not immediate when starting a new role.

I have been working at Daisy Brand full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

*Family company whose primary goal is long term generational growth, not short term appeasing of Wall Street. It's like a breath of fresh air!

*Great brands with solid brand equity and strong year over year growth

*Current/ up to date in processes, capabilities, spending, etc.

    * Really great benefits

    Cons

I have been working at Daisy Brand (More than a year)

    Pros

Great product, and great focus on what goes out the door. Company sales have been growing, and company has been undergoing controlled growth. Shows all signs of being healthy for the long-term.

Family owned, not corporate. Run by production people, not accountants. Benefits good, on par with larger companies in most respects.

Good team, and good communications, both up and down the chain, and between groups. Most of the people are great to work with. Tenure of some of the staff is really impressive.

    Cons

The company runs 24/7, which means they need to be supported 24/7.

    Currently feeling resource constrained.

I have been working at Daisy Brand full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I work in Retail and have been with this company for over 10 years, after working for another company for 25 years. This was the best career move I could have ever made. My only regret is I didn't make this move sooner. Here are some of the pros.

Representing the number one selling national brand of sour cream and cottage cheese.
Representing great tasting products made with no preservatives, additives or artificial ingredients.
Working with the best in class employee's throughout the whole company. Daisy is particular about who they hire. Employee's have to be a good fit for our company but likewise; our company has to be a good for those we hire. I feel proud to be considered among a group of true professionals. Daisy is good about placing the right people in the right chairs where everyone can apply their skills and excel.
    Great health benefits!
    Great income opportunities!
    Great history of company growth!
Great preparedness for future company growth.
    Great leadership and visionary teams.

    Cons

I can truly say that my only regret is that I didn't pursue Daisy sooner.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. It has a proven track record.

    Pros

We are treated with complete respect and we have access to every level of management. The culture at Daisy Brand is something that everyone cares about and protects.

    Cons

There are not clear paths for advancement, but that is overcome by being allowed to make our own paths

    Advice to Management

Continue to stay connected to newer employees

    Pros

I wish I had something good to say.. They do have a great product ; however, they are very picky of who they hire, so it has to be the perfect place to work with exceptional pay and benefits.. Unfortunately not too many people are good enough for them no matter how much experience one has!

    Cons

There are 6 interviews from the bottom to the top of the management chain. The hiring process is long and drawn out and can take months between interviews. Also, they are too cowardly to speak to you over the phone that you are not worthy of their company. They send you a letter!

    Advice to Management

Stop being snobs! There are a lot of hard working intelligent people out there who deserve an opportunity to work for Daisy.

    Pros

They are finally going to let us talk to each other. Before we had to be silent.

    Cons

Management is a joke. We have one guy watch TV on his phone and take hour long breaks. They all look the other way. No accountability.
