I have been working at Daisy Brand for more than a year

    Pros

Good team, and good communications, both up and down the chain, and between groups. Most...

    Cons

The company runs 24/7, which means they need to be supported 24/7. Currently feeling resource constrained.

    Pros

Great company culture with great people and a great natural brand to represent to customers and consumers alike. Also the overall benefits are above average.

    Cons

Overall starting salary could be more aligned with the travel demands of the position. Work-life balance needs to be carefully managed to ensure equitable balance between the two.

    Advice to Management

Keep striving to ensure that all facets of the job are aligned with the company principles and continually review salary and benefits along with work-life balance measures. Otherwise keep up the great work!!

I worked at Daisy Brand full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Day shift schedules are nice, management is pretty good. Work is not that hard (load cups all day.

    Cons

Management is pretty bias on favorable workers, no night shift dif pay, if you work nights you will stay on nights 3 years or more. Schedules/shifts change monthly. Management is night/day difference from am to pm. 3rd shift is literally forgotten about all depts. Lottery system just to take off days. The list goes on..

I worked at Daisy Brand full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Traditional fourth generation company with good quality products that have great potential to lead the category.

    Cons

Formal business dress means wearing ties in corporate office; management fearful of change or even reviewing new ideas. Extensive testing for new employee prospects. Lack of mentoring and standard on boarding for new employees. Managers lack communication skills.

    Advice to Management

Extensive writing of weekly logs are excessive.
