I have been working at Daisy Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Staff and team mates HR are trying to become a lot more supportive and caring and do a great job

    Cons

Poor Management - face needs to fit to get anything Poor pay and no bonus or recognition for a job well done No progression Too sales focused - high rewards for sales, nothing for the support staff

    Advice to Management

You have so many experienced staff that are over looked for the sake of progressing your mates.

I have been working at Daisy Group full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Flexible working Loads of tech Old and some New Smart Casual Dress

    Cons

Restructure every 1-2 years No career False promises Old tech Backward business objectives and no innovation No Pay reviews Not competitive with the market with pay. **Importantly You need to know people within the company to move around rather then your job**

    Advice to Management

People are hungry to move up and build there skills into areas. Give them a chance rather then people you know giving your friends promotions. Also please stop restructuring every couple of years.

I worked at Daisy Group full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Around 5.30pm when i close my laptop

      Cons

SMB- management terrible. Worked to the bone for little or no reward. Constantly changing the goalpost, targets un-achievable. IF and WHEN you finally do get paid the reward is miniscule compared to the work involved. AVOID.

      Advice to Management

Proper managent required to ensure correct processes are followed

I worked at Daisy Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

A good number of competent and clever people work there.

      Cons

Worked in the Norhampton office (Now moved to Milton Keynes) and the place was full of mediocre and Incompetent low level managers who were short-sighted and arrogant. They don't value their employees and treat them badly. If you work here, you can forget about being promoted. Staff development and training is unheard of to them. I was once given a Microsoft exam voucher to sit for an exam which i have studied for...

I worked at Daisy Group full-time

      Pros

Nice people who work there but are often kept in the roles they have been doing for years even though they're worth so much more. 25 days holiday.

      Cons

So many redundancies it's hard to keep track of who does what. Pay is awful compared to other companies and no pay rises. Management will always pretend they care about their staff until money is mentioned then they will scrap you like they don't even know your name.

      Advice to Management

Use the people you have who actually know what they're doing and pay them fairly for it.
