    Pros

A great place with great people around you. Everyone at Daisy wants to improve as much as possible, whether that's driving the sales number or improving efficiency in operational teams. There's a great culture of helping each other and finding the best way to get something done. The opportunities are huge from small departmental projects to group initiatives and the pace of change is rapid.

    Cons

Integration of systems and some legacy acquisitions still need focus.

    Advice to Management

Improve the integration of tool sets.

I have been working at Daisy Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A fast-paced business with a lot of opportunities. If it interests you, and you want it enough, the business will support you in making it happen I've experienced that first hand.
Supporting UK businesses as they travel along their digital journey is exciting as each business has slightly different drivers/pressures and goals.

    Cons

A bit more integration work to be done, the projects are active to make this happen.

    Pros

What a Fantastic Company to work for. I have been at Daisy over 10 years now and am extremely proud to be part of such an exciting organisation. I have seen us grow as a business to the largest independant Telecoms company in UK suppling IT services , Cloud and Comms and It has been a huge honour to have been part of that journey. A great place to work with great people.

    Cons

I don’t feel there are Cons working for Daisy

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. A Great leadership team that inspire everyone at the company to be the best version of themselves.

I have been working at Daisy Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people and ability to be entrepreneurial.

    Cons

Built on acquisition, integrations are always going to be challenging. It's easy to focus on the pitfalls. There's a lot of room for improvement/efficiencies.

I have been working at Daisy Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Capable people, with real depth of expertise and knowledge
An enviable wide range of products to offer customers
    Flexible and fun working environment
Given the empowerment to make decisions and get things done
    Colleagues support each other
Market leading on digital transformation (an exciting time to be in the industry!)

    Cons

Some silos that exist, as a result of previous acquisitions.

    Advice to Management

Daisy has all the ingredients and is a great business – it has vision, it is market leading, it has some of the best people I have ever worked with. My advice would be to keep building on the aftermath of bringing business together (post acquisitions) – so it feels like one complete company no matter what function you work in.

    Cons

No payrises, Daisy bring in contracts that cannot be fully accomplished. Many worked for phoenix however have not seen much improvement since take over.
They are up for sale so not sure what the future holds.

    Advice to Management

Bring in incentives/pay rises due to inflation.
