I worked at Dakkota Integrated systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The locations is convenient for you to leave site and go to get lunch.
Some of your coworkers are nice to talk too.

    Cons

This company has not standard or regulation for punishment. One person gets away with something, then another gets fired for the same thing. Half the workers there don't know how to do their job due to improper training. HR doesn't handle issues properly or even in a timely manner. No one knows how long the shifts are going to run due to lack of communication. There is no room to progress or even grow. The favoritism is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

This company needs better structure and guidlines.

    Pros

Paid weekly, some people there were nice

    Cons

Overall environment. They allow the employees to listen to music through an MP3 player which is really through their cell phones. Ear piece is only allowed in one ear, however, this enables workers to text and talk on their phones as they wish. I've seen a manager notice this many times and it is ignored. It slows the process down and makes for an even longer 10-12 hour shift

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to details.

401k, college tuition program, decent pay and hours.

    Cons

Management is a big issue, sexual harassment, retaliation harassment, Work force harassment is a big problem here. Cry for promotions.

    Advice to Management

Teach H.R. that instead of punishing people they should listen more. They need new management fire them all because all are the problem.. 5/20/16

    Pros

Steady work, good pay, and some of the people know what they are doing.

    Cons

All improvement decisions are fed down from corporate. All of the decisions that help best with efficiency and process get passed up or undone when corporate becomes aware of them.

    Advice to Management

The people who work at the facility are the first to know when something is wrong. Talk to them about how to fix it and listen to them.

    Pros

Lots of long-term employees with a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Benefits are comparable to similar companies. Pay is average.

Management has the tendency to micromanage employees. The work environment can be very stressful. Promotions within the company are only for a select few.
