I worked at Dakota Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Appears to consistently get contracts in the Federal Arena.
Willing to give people some bench time when a contract unexpectedly ends.

    Cons

Highly disorganized from the top down - appears more reactive than proactive. Poor research and method for taking contracts. Micromanagement, expects people to work overtime for no rewards. A good deal of acting before thinking.
