    Pros

Great working environment, innovative, highly professional. Great collaboration among various divisions within the Department. Employees are highly respected and valued by their set of skills, knowledge and expertise. Many opportunities for growth if desired.

    Cons

Unfortunately company has high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Review current market salaries and benefits and make them highly competitive in today's market situation. This will result in employees staying with the district until they actually retire from government service. Develop programs that promote long life loyalty and connection with retired employees.,
