I have been working at Dallas Texas Consultants full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fun
    Opportunity

Coming from jumping from job to job I finally found a place I could see myself grow into a long term career. I never had much of an entrepreneurial mindset, mostly because I couldn't believe I could do it, until I found the support from my coaches here. I invested the time and the energy to get good and the process. I went through ups and downs, TRUST ME... But the payoff for a career path that I'm in control of was well worth it. Anything worth while is going to take commitment, energy and effort. Once I saw the reward for the efforts I was putting in there was no turning back.

    Cons

In Hindsight I'm sad I didn't find the opportunity sooner. In the beginning, and in some moments in the middle, I thought the negatives were the the struggles of the process, or even losing my two day weekends, but now looking back I'm grateful I stayed focused.

    Advice to Management

Continue to give opportunity to those who earn it. With all the support and friendship it's impossible not to grow personally and professionally.

    Pros

Multiple job skills taught that will be useful elsewhere

    Cons

This job will suck the life out of you. No residual commissions on repeat sales. It's pretty much set as a MLM where you make money on the bodies brought in.

    Advice to Management

Provide more transparency on the lack of actual money made. You can work at over 100% and barely make enough to cover your own out of pocket costs

I have been working at Dallas Texas Consultants full-time

    Pros

The people, team environment and mentoring is something I never thought I'd find in a company when I graduated from college. Super positive and fun with a nice helping of healthy competition.
I love that I have grown based on my performance, promotions are only from within the company and I can make as much money as I want.
I've had some amazing opportunities to travel and experience some fun incentives as well as participate in some great charity events.
The value system is very well-rounded. Management isn't interested in working with anyone who lacks integrity and they back that up. It's great that people who do the right things actually get ahead.

    Cons

    None.
I've learned from everything that has made me uncomfortable and/or was frustrating because it was new.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for the great environment and coaching. I definitely appreciate all your efforts to help me hit my goals personally and professionally.

    Pros

Nothing positive to say about the company

    Cons

Pay was horrible, 12-15 hour days, not nice employees, weird rules that you had to follow and limited you from closing a sale.

    Advice to Management

The training program needs to be longer. Also some of your trainers were doing and teaching things that weren't allowed.
