No. Pyramid scheme
Dec 30, 2022 - Sales Representative in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Well when working in a pyramid scheme the head boss has to throw “incentives” to make you work harder to bring him more money, which I guess is cool but it’s also like a cult there
Cons
Oh just don’t. Like when I started I was good then like 5 people quit all at the same time. Me included. It’s a pyramid scheme selling AT&T products in a Costco. Sometimes you sell a shed. You lie to the customers trying to get them to buy into the AT&T contract. The “goal” is to become a “consultant” which means you have a manager below you with a team. That manager runs the team. Then team members from the managers team start recruiting people to work for their team. So then when the manager has enough team members they also become a “consultant” which just means you have a manager run your team for you and then tell people they don’t try hard enough and be the literal reason company moral was down. And if you don’t sell your paychecks are like $200

Pros
They will start you out at a decent weekly salary.
Cons
They will cut your salary and make you continue doing their slave labor until you don't create enough sales and they will cut you dry like the rope they brought you in with.

Love working here!
Nov 3, 2021 - Account Representative in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This year I have faced many personal challenges, and my leaders and Jim, the CEO, have done nothing but support me and be understanding! Amazing work environment, they even go out once a week and do something fun like bowling, go karts, etc. Black and white promotion structure which is awesome! Just overall a great place!
Cons
You have to be self motivated, but I am so it's not really an issue for me.
