I worked at Damco full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Interesting projects, lots of top notch colleagues, decent salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Management constantly
Changing strategy, moving targets, too many priorities, nothing deprioritized. Only as good as your last project.

    Advice to Management

Stop channginh senior management every 2 years, no consistency. Culture and values used to be top notch, now just talking heads. Even Hanna listed here as CEO is long gone.

    I worked at Damco full-time

    Pros

I would definitely recommend this company. The environment was always friendly and supportive. My manager helpful and always had your back even when you were wrong. Theres lot of room to move up or switch divisions with the Maersk Group.

    Cons

    I don't really have any.

    I worked at Damco part-time

    Pros

Only three people were friendly and supportive.

    Cons

The people are rude. They don't train you properly and will blame you severely when you do a mistake. The manger creates such a toxic environment for the employees, i found out that the one in charge does meetings just to talk badly about people.
