I have been working at Danaher full-time

    Pros

The environment is great for self-driven, high achieving personalities. The tools that Danaher has developed, when used properly, are excellent at simplifying and driving change. There is lots of opportunity, and the job is never boring.

    Cons

Success is still variable by op-co. At mine, the people serve the processes, not the other way around. This leads to delay and in-fighting among departments. No trust in management either. But I have heard differently from other op-cos

    Advice to Management

Processes are necessary, but make them work for us, not the other way around.

I worked at Danaher full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, free lunch, open to new ideas, nice colleagues across teams

    Cons

New strategy every morning, no big data application, direct manager supporting and knowledgeable but senior management is lost with little to no strategic direction that makes sense. Very junior human resource only searches for troubles instead of supporting the team that always led to increasing friction between team members. Not stable department and no job security. Avoid if you love real big data!

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your employees, they are companies assets. Firing does not help always. Let an experienced senior leader that has previously run corporate labs run the Labs.
