    Pros

Opportunity to work on international projects. Exposure to different cultures. Mosts of the co-workers (engineers and draftsman) are great to work with.

    Cons

Very poorly run company. Management Team in Holland has never once been proactive. Company operates with a "fly by the seat of your pants" business acumen. Many opportunities lost because of arrogance of Senior Management. All this senior management has been able to do is loose business and close offices.

    Advice to Management

The entire management team should be fired. The only way the company will survive is if new management is hired from the outside (those who have a proven record of business success).
