    Pros

    Learning is very good for freshers but you will not get any domain knowledge.

    Cons

    Filling some vacancies through management cotha. Paying very less.

    Advice to Management

    Need to look outside the market, they are sticking as per danlaw policy.

    I worked at Danlaw Technologies India full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Good learning environment for automotive domain. 2. Managers sit with employees and debug and help when needed. 3. Lunch is good.

    Cons

    1. Extremely poor leave policy. Even managers discourage taking leaves without understanding that so many employees are from outside. Even when we are sick top management claims try not to get sick. It's too ridiculous. Even LOP is discouraged. 2. Very less salary and increments are very poor, and not based on talents. 3. They recruit many employees based on nepotism without proper written test or interview.... 4. Datalogger team is given more importance compared to other departments, with even more increments. CEO rarely speaks about achievements on other departments in function. 5. No roper resources provided for a developer to work peacefully. Importance is too much on sharing resources. 6. CTO's behavior is pathetic. He treats employees as slaves, and never even others to listen to somebody's opinion. His ego spoils the entire creativity and finally make employee mechanical type.

    Advice to Management

    Please don't think yourself in par with companies like Microsoft, Apple, etc. Give importance to employee benefits also apart from your personal benefits. So many people resigned since 2014. Please change your attitude towards employees.

    In the starting excellent and diversified training is provided on latest technologies.Very helpful and cooperative management team.Excellent working environment .

    No any cons.But you should be willing to learn new technologies I think you can hardly find any negative thing inside it.

    Management is good.nothing to worry.people are dedicated towards their job day and night.no any advice or suggestion.

    Pros

    consider working here only if you need a job and can not get a job anywhere else engineering division have some good products and projects but it is copy paste after an year or so

    Cons

    senior management is worst politics and favoritism based on factors other than talent very low pay compared to the industry and almost zero benefits most of the work is grunt and routine stuff with little scope for creativity or growth no investment on employees

    Advice to Management

    you are not the know-it-all in the industry. it is just your years of experience and google search talent, so do not be high headed and stop treating employees as your servants stop encouraging politics and reward talent rather than people who fake loyalty invest in training (current setup is like favored few get good projects and mentoring) and build a good technical team. not like just one freak man show.... improve processes, ad-hoc is out of fashion already.

    Best Support to the Employees from the Management. Friendly working environment.

    Cons

    Poor pay masters. They are not considered employees experience ,educational background and performance while giving the reviews. Not even provide the training to the new joiners except Engineering Division.

    Advice to Management

    Never bother about Employee satisfaction. Implement exit interview.
