I have been working at Dannon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Huge room to get lots of responsibility, be challenged, learn and explore, advance. Amazing company vision and values that make you strive and try your best to contribute. Great energy and spirit, delicious products.

    Cons

Company politics , super long hours and workload. While we have a beautiful set of values, they may get corrupted due to some managers' egoistic interests.

    Advice to Management

Reduce politics, promote based on merit only, focus on the amazing mission we have.

    Pros

Free yogurt and water, good benefits. Nice Team building activities.

Career growth is linked to being a good politician rather than a skilled professional. No long term strategy. Terrible work-life balance. Worst HR leader ever.

    I worked at Dannon full-time

    Pros

Organization pays well, has good benefits. CODE is a great training program

    Cons

No work life balance, Management top heavy, lack of communication down chain of command, CODE is taught but not followed. Lack of job définition

    Advice to Management

Higher more staff or release under performers so top performers are not the only ones carrying the load. Skilled staff is lost to competitors because they are carrying the load because there is too much red tape for managers to go through to exit someone from the business. Compensation is greater that the value to skill ratio.
