    Pros

I can't think of one good thing this company does . They do not treat there employees equal.
I am surprised they are still in business!

    Cons

Don't get hurt or have cancer. They will get rid of you. If you aren't involved with certain clicks. Horrible conditions, nobody cares, only there for a paycheck.

    Advice to Management

    Be Humble or leadership classes.

    Pros

Danone has a really good environment and they foster a very caring approach to their people. Compared to other FMCG employers, I would say they are a very organised company.
    Free massages too!

    Cons

It seemed like there might not have been the option or ability for fast career progression as a lot of the mid-20's employees get poached because they haven't been promoted fast enough.

    Advice to Management

It would be great for employees to have a very clear plan and expectation of career progression within the company that was more certain. For example, a meet your bonus for two consecutive years and receive a pay rise/ more senior position.
