I have been working at Danos full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Other than having a job I can't think of any.

    Cons

Where to start. Dishonest, unforthcoming about contract details, contract manager being clueless, making promises and not following up on them, pay. I could go on and on. Most of my issues are with the fact that my contract manager is usless and can't tell the truth to save his life.

    Advice to Management

Hire and promote better managers. Stop trying to cheat your employees out of everything you can.

    I worked at Danos full-time

    Pros

The Danos team is a wonderful family owned business. The company has been around almost seventy years. Many of the staff has been there for decades.

    Cons

While the company has enjoyed great success over the years, the leadership team is reluctant to apply respected business methods to traditional business problems. This means that the company has to learn every lesson for itself. That is painful to watch.

    Pros

Great company to work for. Very informative and keeps you up to date with what is going on with which ever company you are contracted too.

    Cons

Pay is low for the normal going rate for pumpers. But oil prices are also way down so that probably is the main reason.

    Advice to Management

Fight for better pay from the companies you are contracting guys too.
