    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Dansk Supermarked full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Clever people Huge impact due to market share Very valuable to have on your resume Investment power.

    Cons

CEO tries to look like a modern, progressive, rational and fair leader but is the opposite. Nobody challenges top management - even when they’re making decisions against factual knowledge. Creates an unhealthy culture of cover-youe-rear-end mentality and poisonous politics. It’s a mix of unhealthy, stupid American corporate culture and French arrogance. On top level it seems like blind loyalty is rated higher than... rationality.
