    Ensure all site activities comply with relevant spaces and records are kept updated.

    Cons

    Consultant for Building P 1.14 ( 53 story commercial building with 3 Energy Transfer Plants of total Operating load of 14000 KW capacity)

    Responsibilities includes carrying out inspection of materials, equipment and the installation works are as per specification and standards.

    Referring the standard codes such as NEC ,NFPA, etc.. for any rectification or rerouting to be carried out as per site conditions.

    Control site installation and safety measures on daily basis.

    Checking that contractor is using proper approved shop drawing, and material at site is in compliance with approved material.

     control field works and implement/Maintain effective environmental control.

    Pros

    Good salary, multi-cultural team, reputable name in the gulf market but it's almost limited to the local saudi market. No clear vision for business development

    Cons

    Management of A&E (architecture and Engineering) is not professional and miss the way of doing so and is busy doing private business

    Advice to Management

    Need to replace the A&E GM with a professional manager who has the skills to lead such corporate in the Middle East market which has high level of competence
