Dart Bank has made major changes to be a great place to work. They work with you to provide flexibility for a great work/life balance. Management is open to new ideas and change to keep people happy. They're open to discuss work from home options and being fully remote.

The bank is growing extremely fast which can mean high work loads.

HR and top mgt. care about company and employees so it is a good company to work for as far as benefits, perks, and overall good atmosphere. Culture and values would be excellent - but some employees and mid mgt. don't practice.

Bad thing. Mid-mgt. does not see corruption and gossip in some employees that make a very poor daily working environment. This is either because of favoritism or being hands off. Neither are good. Little room for advancement. Too much blaming another, no accountability, and refusal for new ideas by current employees. Mgt. does not stop this. Too clicky.

I have been at Dart Bank for under a year but came from a large company. Coming from a larger company I wasn't sure how I was going to adjust. Dart is the most welcoming place to work. Everyone that you come in contact with is always very positive and helpful. The interview process was very easy and everyone had all the answers to the questions that I had. I enjoy coming to work daily and could not imagine a better company to work for.

Cons

Working in a smaller office, there is a lot more work to do with few people. It makes the day go by faster and you are never bored.

Pros

They are very flexible around schedules, which has given me the ability to work while having plenty of time for my schoolwork. Management is extremely knowledgeable on the banking industry and will help set you up with the tools to succeed. The coworkers here are some of the most amazing and caring people I have ever met. They are constantly volunteering in charity events, making donations, and having a fun work environment. They treat you like family here.

Cons

Deadlines can be tricky to manage. You have to work efficiently and good at multitasking.

Pros

Dart Bank is family oriented and cares about its customers and employees. Benefits are very good. I love working here!

Cons

I don't know of any downsides. People care about customers and each other, the success of the company. We were awarded the 2017 Top Workplace award this year.
