    Negative Outlook

    Pros

It offers a chance to build a resume, nice campus.

    Cons

No real management, Dean turn over is very frequent, favoritism, no possibility of advancement, no pay raises. After 7 years I only received one 200 pay raise. The college blames this on finances yet build something new buildings every year

    Advice to Management

Care for your employees more and respect faculty. Too many chiefs and not enough indians
