    Pros

None. The place is falling apart and everyone is demotivated.

    Cons

Not one person thinks that the company is going in the right direction and it's even turning clients away because the service has taken away the relationships we used to have

I worked at Darwin Rhodes full-time

    Pros

Company now recruiting for additional staff. Unlike many similar companies there is a training program for all staff. Employees work together as a team whenever possible.

    Cons

Can be somewhat inflexible on time, majority of staff work long hours but this is never recognised when they need to take time to visit Doctor / Dentist.

    Advice to Management

Advance with the times, you have professional people working for Darwin Rhodes. You recognise who is skiving off.

I have been working at Darwin Rhodes full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

At the start of a positive journey to grow and expand, while looking after current employees and rewarding them.
Good office and location. Senior management are always open and have time for their employees.

    Cons

As with all recruitment there are some long days. But unlike other companies, if there is no reason to stay late you are no expected too.

    Advice to Management

Keep treating employees well and hiring top performers so that the company grows as it should and doesn't get slowed down by people who are not self-motivated.
Management to keep its role as a guiding factor instead of an overbearing force, this is what makes the company an enjoyable place to work.
