Pros

The company is growing super fast, but in a very thoughtful manner. There are the growth opportunities of being at a startup, both personal and career wise. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, but also super intelligent and motivated. The benefits are pretty standard, with the very large exception of a work trip to Paris every year.

Cons

You have to be self-motivated and a go-getter. Things (such as training) don't fall in your lap, but everything is available somewhere, and everyone is so willing to help as long as you ask.

Pros

Very open culture where information is shared with everyone and people are encouraged to ask questions and challenge assumptions. NYC and Paris offices with video "window" to encourage inter-office interaction and collaboration. Good benefits package (health, dental, etc) with lots of choices. Solving a real problem for consumers everywhere.

Cons

Very fast paced and requires long hours (pretty much standard for a start-up)

Pros

I've been at Dashlane for a little over a year and I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. All the talent at Dashlane has been vetted thoroughly to create a great team of hard-working people that are the truly the best at what they do. You will learn something new everyday! There are people from all over the world working here and they all believe in the product and the company's mission as a... whole, which is very hard to find. For me it is by far the best working experience I have ever had!

Cons

It is a startup so there is tons of hard-work to be done, sometimes with very tight deadlines which can be stressful but you'll be in a place where you truly care and are excited every day to contribute everything you can, just like all your peers around you!

Advice to Management

We have a great culture and great team and we must keep that a priority as we continue to grow.

The team is super friendly. Our team is spread between NYC and Paris which makes for multicultural fun!

There aren't that many financial perks. There's no profit sharing or bonuses.

In the beginning was the password, and the password was with Internet Browser, for the Internet Browser was like the only thing out there. All passwords were made by the Browser; and without Browser was not any password made that was made. But then Dashlane the Password Manager shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. That is the true Password Enlightenment, which lighteth every man that... downloadeth Dashlane into the computer. Fast-forward, a man has cometh to an interview and he saw it was good. So good he became a disciple.

Cons

The work/life balance could be better, but then hey, we are on a mission. It actually depends more on the employees than the management—we all want to succeed, so we put in the extra effort. But the work environment and the team is great.

Pros

Company currently under important growth, just raised a big funding that allow us to have the means to fulfill our ambitions. Super co-workers, great atmosphere. Good work-life balance.

Cons

It's a real web start-up so the ambiance is quite geeky, most employees eat fat food quite often and do nerdy jokes. After that, the team is diversifying a lot right now, and after all, that's what it takes to work in tech start-ups!

Advice to Management

Continue focusing as much as you do now on hiring the best employees, we can really see the benefits of those efforts as the team is growing!
