    Pros

    For short term travel per diem was good, you get to travel. They pay for your phone

    Cons

    Poor management. You need to speak French or align with Quebec management group to get noticed for an upward trajectory of career path.
    Management employs developers as per use and throw policy. They have important project then you are needed. But you are not expected to expect decent raise for your high quality work

    Advice to Management

    Stop gossiping about your developers. Talking behind back does not help. Eventually people get to know
    Promote people based on merit. A front desk person should not get promoted as solutions level director because she got in a relationship with a director

    Pros

    Les avantages CE sont non négligeables et l’intéressement/participation comble le gap niveau salaire. Les congés sont aussi un fort avantage.

    Cons

    les seuls inconvénients chez Dassault sont la rémunération et une certaine forme d'injustice quant à la redistribution des richesses.

    The company is trying to set direction so as of now the direction changes constantly. Very difficult for employees to figure out whats going on.

    Try to settle down a bit, create some sense of stability..

    Pros

    There used to be a lot of empowered and talented people working at 3DExcite, formerly RTT. There's potential to turn it around and stop the downward trend, if they can make some key leadership changes. As others have mentioned, they have very good health benefits. But you'll need them... the place is a health hazard.

    Cons

    People complained for a while about the acquisition by Dassault, but the problem is failed and hostile leadership. The current leadership has no applicable expertise in the field and lacks vision. As a result the 3DExcite US organization is suffering, not meeting their targets, and falling dramatically in employee satisfaction ratings.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the top US leadership before the hard working talent leaves, and the core accounts are lost. Since the start of last year there are increasing incidences of treating reports with contempt, bullying, with more frequent and open expressions of anger in inappropriate ways. People who have been roughly treated have seen the bully behavior, but fear retaliation from the top for bringing it to light.
