    Pros

Pretty much process oriented firm for someone supplying contingent workforce solution. They stick by their promises.

    Cons

As far as getting a consulting assignment is concerned, it's mostly on entirety depends on the individual and there is almost no help from company.

    Pros

Good employee he will learning how to fight for his rights , how to struggle with the worst management .

    Cons

this just like any other consultancy, they dont have their own projects / clients, they might help you in marketing yourself, you need to find one yourself then they will pay you below average in the market. and as per their policy there is no thing called appraisal , so dont expect any thing like that, one more the even they dont have direct deposit when i was there, not sure now. you have to collect your pay check and deposit by going to bank.

I am sorry you had a negative experience. I did however want to clarify that we do have an Annual Appraisal process. This was introduced 4 years ago where we seek feedback from our clients as well... More

    Pros

They can file your H1B if you are outside US. For initial few days they provide accommodation in a decent place

    Cons

    1. They do not have any project, you have to depend on your skill and luck.
    2. They do not provide medical insurance until you are on project which is a huge risk
    3. They asked me to put false review in glassdoor while I was with them and on bench.
    4. They do not process your green card even after promising the same.
    5. Do not have any profile marketing skill. They want you to take risk and if you gain something, they will capture lion's share.

    I worked at Data-Core Systems full-time

    Pros

The location of the Philly office is great. Right next to SEPTA.
At least it's something to add to your resume.

    Cons

    - DCS isn't even sure what their business model is. If you ask, you will always get a different answer. They don't want to say that they are basically Staff Augmentation, but that is their main source of revenue.

    - Low and stagnant salary. If your manager ever gets around to giving you your review, which will often be months after the company said you would have one, you will receive a very small salary increase, if any.

    - If you're a woman in the office, avoid wearing skirts or low cut tops unless you want to be leered at like a piece of meat. You'll also be told to smile more...

    - There is no career progression. It seems like they are almost content with the idea of hiring unsuspecting female college graduates every 1-2 years to replace the turnover.

    - Monthly paychecks. They do not offer direct deposit. Which means you have to physically take the check to the bank and wait for it to clear which could take a couple of days. Provided that you're paid on time.

    Advice to Management

It's apparent to many *who* the problem child is in management. The next in line to the CEO starts projects without finishing, will involve himself in other department projects which delays the execution or puts a stop to it entirely, and is too erratic to focus on just one thing at a time. Being busy is not the same thing as being productive.

People always say that employees don't leave companies, they leave their manager. And when this problem manager behaves as if he is truly the one managing everyone, you're going to have high turnover until you fix that problem.

I have been working at Data-Core Systems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Since the company has been growing for the last 5 years, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. You have plenty of opportunities to try out new things even if they are not within your job function.

    Cons

Since it is rapidly growing company, it can be chaotic sometimes. This also means that supervision is limited due to some of the senior managers being very busy. They expect that the employees will be self motivated and complete the task given to them. Some employees take advantage of this and do not even do the work that is allocated to them. Then this work is reassigned to the people who has already completed the work allocated to them.

    Advice to Management

Reward your star employees and let go of employees who bad mouth the company all the time and do not do much work.

    Pros

This is a visa agency who gets people from India with low salary and then try to ride on their luck. They absolutely have no project in hands, once you reach US they would ask you to apply through different job sites . If you get a project they would take lion's share of money. If you do not get a project, you will be sent back to India after few months.

But they bear half of the cost of bringing you to US. So, if you want to gamble, it is your choice.

    Cons

Now, let us see all the reviews which have been posted in recent past.

    April 15, 2016 - 4 star reviews
    April 22,2016 - 4 star reviews
Do you think this can be real ? If a company is so good, everybody would know about it. You are right, these all are fake reviews done by themselves. This is H1B visa time, so their recruitment time . They are trying to catch resources. Do research in LinkedIn before taking decision.
THEY DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL INSURANCE BEFORE YOU GET PROJECT. ASK SOMEONE IN US ABOUT THE RISK OF NOT HAVING MEDICAL INSURANCE IN USA.

    Advice to Management

Have some self-respect . Promise what you can deliver, give money to the person who actually works.

    Cons

Verticals and horizontals for resources in the company are not very well defined at certain times.
