    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good benefits and a friendly place to work. Managers understanding of employees needs and willing to work with them on a matter of things. Deadlines are often extended to give off a no pressure environment at dsa.

    Cons

Low Pay. Not nearly competitive enough with other companies in NoVa. Resistance to change in many aspects such as organizational management. Company does not give any bonuses out. They do not give employees federal holidays off. Employees are discouraged from working from home when the weather is bad or when an employee is sick. benefits have been cut down every year for the past 5 years. many employees are leaving for other jobs.

    Advice to Management

Pay increases to hold onto employees before they go to other jobs in the area.
