      The CEO is a total jerk

      I had a good time with the rest of the employees.

      Cons

      The moment I asked for some respect, I got fired! The CEO asked me to stay in the company for a month so he can arrange my leave; which I accepted out of professionalism. After a month of honest work, the CEO demanded a letter from me in which I had to show that I am sorry for calling him in the morning, waking him up, and asking for my last pay check!!! The content of the letter should have been such that he would feel that I am "true" in my remorse, otherwise he would not pay me. I hung up the phone on him after telling him what I truely think of him of course; never got payed.

      Hardly ever, if at all. I can’t think of any!

      Cons

      Initially, the company may seem accommodating and enticing with the promise of a move to the Netherlands. However, this is misleading, as most of the employees are based in Iran, and this is not disclosed to clients. The CEO of the company's true character will be revealed if you ever have a small disagreement with him; there is no room for negotiation, and I was forced to leave the company. I would not recommend DataChef or Ashkan for any reason; it is best to steer clear of them.

      Pros

      - Working in a Dutch company - They will offer you Visa relocation support

      Cons

      - The CEO doesn’t have interpersonal and managerial skills - The relocation support does not apply to everybody, only some particular ones - When you join the company you won’t have a work-life balance
