    Pros

    Good hours flexible schedule free coffee/tea. Flexible dress code and occasional bbqs and company picnics for everyone. Management lets you do anything as long as you sell.

    Cons

    The whole product is a scam it doesn't work. If the customer looks up the company on ANY search engine expect an IMMEDIATE chargeback. (I've sold over 300+ packages). The trainers and managers here are unqualified and set unrealistic income expectations. The entire job is fishing in a saturated market finding uneducated small business owners and hoping they forget about what they purchased. Do not waste your sales talent selling a lie.

    Set real expectations to the employees

    Pros

    You can wear whatever you want. Free water and tea. Fun activities during breaks throughout the day. Good hours and weekends off.

    Cons

    Product is a complete joke, and doesn't work at all. You can't even let people google datasphere without your deal being ruined. Upper management lie about how much you can make to get new people through the door. The sales training is the worst I've ever seen. Don't waste your time or talent with this terrible company. The market is saturated, and there's really no vision for this company we all.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lie to new employees about how much they can make.

    Pros

    Good people, if you are single it is super easy to get laid, free generic coffee and free post-it notes.

    Cons

    Product is super easy to sell but once the customer is in they realize it DOES NOT perform. Like I mean no clicks or calls. Just embarrassing. I sold many businesses there (over 500 sales there) and I cannot remember ONE business say "I am glad I signed up." You honestly just pray they don't notice and forget or else it is an automatic chargeback. Lots of haters there too that act like Datasphere is more about the social aspects. Management is a bunch of mediocre old sales reps who couldn't cut it but maybe had a few kids and older so hey..."throw them into management." Sad! Lose major contracts with news stations do to unprofessional liability sales reps.

    Try to sell to investors. Oh wait...no investor is stupid enough to get caught holding that flaming bag of poop

    Cons

    The ad creative team and customer success team need to be revamped completely. To many lost deals due to other departments in the company. You sign someone up then you never talk to them again.

    Treat your tenured employees with respect, and stop picking favorites.

    Opportunity to make great money at a young age.

    The product was not strong, and often had to deal with unhappy customers.

    Advice to Management

    It was great first job, and it taught me a lot. Product issues were tough to handle.

    Pros

    Great for young adults who don't have an idea what a real sales job is.

    Cons

    Saturated market, negative atmosphere and micro management. Written up for sending an email to a Client! Who does that!!!!???

    Advice to Management

    It's possible because I was , but stepped down soon after.

    Pros

    I really like working for this company. I have been here a little over a year and I love the environment. It's so positive and upbeat. We have a lot of fun at work but have learned a lot in the process. Sales can be rough but my teammates are here to support you.

    The company just increased everyone's salaries to help keep up. It's really great to make more money and have more security. Commissions have been great.

    Other cool stuff: free lunches, parties, contests, BIG hawks fans, 4 weeks of vacation and flexibility if I need more time off than that.

    Cons

    Some managers are better than others at helping teach you the ropes. Most of them have done the job so you would think they would all be good at it but it isn't always the case. But the majority are good.

    Advice to Management

    Work with those reps that are struggling to make sales a bit more.

    Pros

    Mostly fun atmosphere. Was pretty good compensation... Was.

    Cons

    Product doesn't work, period. Compensation is good, then you get cancellations, then compensation sucks because you're chasing all your "outs". They tolerate mis-representation on the sales floor. They take entry level employees and try to teach them BS script sales. No actual consultative sales process. These kids think they are learning sales - they're learning lies. This is a branding product, not a product that gets clients from one end of the funnel to the other. Unless a company has an advertising budget for branding (like TV Ads and billboards) this is a waste of time.

    Advice to Management

    Throw in the towel. Your sales base will erode to nothing. Your throwing good money after bad, trying to float a product that isn't designed for the right target market. Buyer beware, don't buy their products or work here.
