    Small company, so you are treated decent. Base+Commission is a possibility so you can make some money on top of a low hourly wage. Middle Management is easy to communicate with but needs improvement on actually managing people. Upper management, i.e the Wizard of Oz, is a mythical figure that you don't see often. Free coffee, long lunches, Fridays off...that's about all I can say.


    You are a bill collector, so you might guess the treatment you often receive from the people you deal with. This is more of a sales type job. Only numbers matter, not that you are actually good at your job. You get paid poor commission (only 7% of 27% of anything over 90,000/month=1701)...and the ladder goes lower...most employees have 20-30k months at 2-3 percent. Benefits are horrible. You make 300 calls per day, talk to maybe 50 people, and collect on maybe 10 accounts.

    Advice to Management

    Since the likelihood of them knowing who wrote this is directly inversely proportional to the likelihood of them actually reading this, your 90 day probationary period should be shortened. Why not make it a survivor like thing where the person with the weakest stats gets fired? Keep them on their toes. DAKCS is horrible software, the dialer is terrible...sitting waiting for a call for a minute while things are ringing off the dialer. I've noticed your high turnover rate. How about actually giving new employees a chance to establish themselves?
