Pros
* Excellent opportunities to learn new technologies * Salary is OK for the markets they are trying to target (STL, ATL, etc) * Current openings are full remote * Health insurance package is great
Cons
* Vacation package could be improved * Several Holidays are not observed (you will have to take CTO or work when your teammates on your engagement will be off) * Overall total compensation is not on par with other Remote options * Maternity Leave: 6 weeks - Paternity 1 week * 401k takes too long to start vesting and it is only a 50% match when you put 6% of your salary (average)

Pros
The company has a great working model and really cares about their employees. I'd recommend Daugherty Business Solutions to others.
Cons
There could be a timing issue getting onto a new project as you offboard your prior project.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Pretty chill place to work
Cons
Could get challenging but depends on the project
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★

RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Professional growth and knowledge sharing. The CEO invests a lot in the professional development of all his people....the amount of training available is the best I've ever seen in a company. I was immediately impressed by the amount of collaboration/knowledge sharing throughout the company at all levels.
Cons
Some investment is needed for internal tools/technology - lots of disparate systems....consolidation is needed.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great benefits, plenty of opportunity to learn (through resource websites and company-led webinars/programs), lots of opportunities for professional growth, friendly and genuine co-workers and leadership
Cons
Depending on your delivery role and client you're working at, it can be hard to gain helpful feedback from leaders on where to grow in experience for future promotions. If you desire a change from your current client, it can also take awhile to be moved to another client (and a lot of reaching out and reminding your leaders).

Pros
Supportive team and company. Learnings on the job and great clients.
Cons
Benefits could improve but overall it is ok. 401K and vacation needs review to improve.

Pros
* a company that will meet you where you are and help you get into a new career * although organizational change is a slow roll, I truly believe they are open to growth and are working towards positive change * if you are looking for ways to become involved in your community, there are life changing ways to get involved if you keep your ears to the ground * paid whether or not you’re engaged with a client * you can change direction internally relatively easily if that is what you want * a wealth of training and classes available
Cons
* compensation and career progress can be confusing and can rely heavily on your circumstances/manager * volunteer work within the company is encouraged but often overlooked in compensation * management roles are unpaid and a stepping stone so sometimes mentorship is lacking

Pros
Ease of movement between clients; learning opportunities; consultant care
Cons
Growing pains as they move from regional model to global enterprise model.
