Daugherty just updated their benefits after listening to employees needs which is so refreshing to see in a company! We now have 12 paid weeks maternity leave, 4 weeks paternity leave, two extra paid holidays, pet insurance, and 529 college savings plan! I'm thankful to work at a company that is always striving to keep up with the market and that listens to their employees!

Once you are a senior leader, you are exposed to the maddening ridiculousness of working with Ron Daugherty and most of his directs. They do a great job fostering mistrust and catering to Ron’s tantrum of the day.

Good medical insurance for entire family. That's basically it.
Cons
They have an agenda, to make money. You have to work for two companies at all times, but only get paid for working at one of them. Consultancy is overrated, don't fall for it. You're the commodity. Also, they skimp on vacation days.
