    Pros

They serve good food at meetings! They have great people! They have challenging projects!
They have a chicken and an elephant!

    Cons

You may get fat if you don't get up! When you tie pay raises to the inflation rate and not the actual cost of living, you don't get much of a pay raise!

I worked at David Evans and Associates as an intern (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The schedule they work is great because you get every other Friday off. The people I worked with were all nice. They did fun activities outside of work to help with team building.

    Cons

There wasn't much training given and the work that I was given was limited. There was no offer of work after the internship was over.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice if there was more training in the different functions for the interns and a possibility of a job offer after the internship is completed.
