I have been working at David Jones part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People are great to work with, listening to different customer experiences was great and interacting with different customers.

Staff ammenities are really great, well designed and well stocked.

    Great work to life balance.

    Cons

Not many opportunities to progress, communication between staff and management is really poor, staff discount is average. KPI and targets can be unrealistic at times. But a great incentive when achieved.

    Advice to Management

Need better communication, and to treat staff more like people rather then slaves.
