I have been working at David Michael & Co. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Family-owned company, David Michael takes care of people who worked for them.
Shareholders are very involved in the business and trust you.
    Possibility of evolution.

    Cons

International company but exists some difficulty of communication between facilities.
Vision not clear enough for all employees.
Some positions are not well-recognized in term of status & salary
    Some others are over-recognized...

    Advice to Management

Do not wait to recognize some people before they leave the company.
Keep asking people on their point of view before taking decision.
