    Pros

    -Free espresso beverages on the clock, 50% off while off the clock. -Discounts on hotels under the same company while traveling. -Option to stay in a room before a shift that's during inclement weather.

    Cons

    -The cafe has only existed since October and is a complete mess. There's a minimum of 5 things that are either broken or not working properly, and they are not always addressed as soon as they are brought up. Some problems of equipment breaking or equipment needed by the cafe have taken months and counting to be addressed. -The space used to be the front desk area, and then was renovated into a cafe. So, the space isn't designed to function as a cafe. -Some people are not properly trained on the espresso machine and proper food handling, nor do most people care to be. A shame, since hotels (including this one) mark up their prices in the store and since customers with various dietary restrictions would visit. There is a political game amongst employees that hope to gain by setting others up for failure by various means.

    Strong support from corporate via online database.

    Cons

    Profit at the sale of people is not real profit. Just because you’re getting the job done and making the owners’ profit, doesn’t mean that it is sustainable nor should it be a common practice.

    Overall great company! Flexible and they want to see you grow. The leadership team has always been approachable.

    Cons

    All hospitality management companies have good and bad. Focus on the good and good will manifest itself. If you focus on the bad, guess what same thing.

    Pros

    If you like to work 16 hours a day, no days off and insulting emails this is the place for you.

    Cons

    This company is horrible they will hired under false pretenses. Once you are hired that will expect you to do three and al four positions on your own with no training. Don’t bother to ask for help or assistance they will not provided and your request will be ignore.

    Management is not micromanaging and pay is competitive for the work

    Paperwork can be overbearing, receiving a negative review can be big trouble even if you are not at fault.
