I have been working at Davol full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

True Sales position where the corporation will pay very well for performance. Corporate culture is a major plus. The organization believes in work hard, play hard.

    Cons

Not a medical device position. This is more like glorified hospital pharma. The Biosurgery division is currently experiencing extreme head winds with one of its major products in the portfolio not being manufactured and competition with the rest of the portfolio is dominated by competitve contracts.

    Advice to Management

Get a better strategy, get your pipeline and production under control. Management needs a better understanding of contracts and the market place inorder to become a major player in the market place.

There is stability in being part of a large medical device company. The focus is meeting the expectations of the stock holders. And based on their growth they continue to succeed.
