I worked at Daylight Studios full-time

    Pros

Open Concept office, no office politics and you can voice out your opinion freely

    Cons

Work can be rather sudden, might need to stay back and finish up work when it's near games conventions or launch date

  2. "Awesome workplace, do not judge a company by its name and size"

I have been working at Daylight Studios part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome people to work with, and there is no office politics inside
Many things to learn from the company
They have a pool table in the office, and a cool pantry with fryer and everything

    Cons

I hope boss can throw away those army cereal bars
Work may come in at anytime, but overall, at a reasonable amount of work

    Advice to Management

Please stock more food in the pantry for the hungry children in the company, boss
Nothing much to advise or complain

I have been working at Daylight Studios full-time

    Pros

The indie environment is amazing, with horizontal work hierarchy. You're good if you finish your tasks, better if you are proactive.

    Cons

A small team can mean hectic working hours, and some of the bosses can be very demanding and micromanaging.

    Advice to Management

    Need better task division
