    I have been working at Daymark Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great Culture and Benefits. Senior management does an amazing job with leadership, and communication.

    Cons

    The commute can be a bear. Daymark is not work from home friendly, the location means easy access to most of the Boston area, but high traffic during rush hour.

    Advice to Management

    Keep driving us forward. This is a very well run company, with amazing sales talent and business discipline.

    I have been working at Daymark Solutions full-time

    Pros

    Unfortunately, the Daymark pro's is a short list. In my experience, the office coworkers (excluding management) were what made it okay to go to work. They offer decent benefits and snacks.

    Cons

    They are very unprofessional towards employees. Management knows everything and they've done it before. They love giving orders. They demand respect and aren't afraid to threaten. They love talking down to employees and have no problem gossiping and talking about your personal issues with others.

    Advice to Management

    I would question the quality of your leadership.

    Unfortunately there are absolutely none.

    Cons

    The two reviews from former employees are so positive. Why would you leave if you liked working at Daymark so much? Doesn't make sense.
