    Pros

Great Benefits, Good People, Clear Expectations.

    Cons

Hard to advance, unless located in a "mothership account" - if you're out of sight, you're out of mind.

    Pros

No two days are ever the same and the work is very rewarding.

    Cons

Not unlike most sales organizations; advancement is often predicated on mobility.

I worked at Daymon Worldwide (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good people, when ESOP existed had "total rewards" 2nd to none.

    Cons

On the "Brokerage Business" outdated and unsustainable business model. Weak senior leadership, company has digressed so far now operates from a position of weakness.

    Advice to Management

Get strong leaders back in the company. Still a chance to save what was once great.

I have been working at Daymon Worldwide part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

SAS is a very welcoming company. I enjoy working in teams it's easier to accomplish hard tasks. When I have any issues my supervisor Sally is always helpful and positive. I enjoy my job always look forward to going to work.

    Cons

Having to follow priorities it would be easier to chose our sets so we can work more efficiently and work with our stores.

I have been working at Daymon Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have worked for SAS for almost a year. I live in Indiana, but my supervisor lives in southern Ohio. This has not slowed down communication in either direction. I'm on the traveling team. In a nutshell. I see the country, meet and work with different people almost everyday, in a job I enjoy.
And I get paid to do it. As an employee, you are trusted at the fullest from the start, without your supervisor breathing down your neck Win, win.

    Cons

Some days are long and tiring. For a company as large as SAS, the medical benifits could be better. The payscale could be better

    Advice to Management

I think the suits and ties need to listen to more of what the field workers are telling them. The company is growing, so that means the customers are happy with the service we're providing. Which in turn means the people out on the front lines are doing a great job.. The pay could show it better.

    Pros

You have the opportunity to work close to home or travel when needed to other city's that have stores in need. Pay is more then minimum wage. You get 30 to 40 hrs a week sometimes more depending on the project. There is opportunity to learn and grow within the company. The workload is a good balance some projects are easy and sometimes they can challenge you. I have had no problems with this company since I have started and have been given a good deal of oppertuneitys that I never expected which makes me have hope for the future for myself and this company.

    Cons

The only thing I wish they would offer to all employees is health care.

    Advice to Management

Keep encouraging your employees to learn and grow.
