    Pros

    Great benefits, good pay. I had nice coworkers who understood their jobs and what was expected of them.

    Cons

    Long hours and bad location. Job insecurity. Poor equipment and technology to work with.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, show up once in a while. Everyone would be much happier with better communication.

    Safety is the number on priority in Debswana. People are the greatest assets to the company. People engagement is the new buzz word

    very rigid policies which are not keeping pace with the ever changing world and workforce.
    bureaucracy leads to inefficiencies and indecisiveness

    Pros

    Very professional, they make you feel like you're a valued employee, they truly care about your well being and if you're happy. They maintain equipment exceptionally well. The camp is incredibly clean, great food and great people

    Cons

    A very long way to travel
    Very expensive flights
    Other than the travel expense there are no cons to write about

    Central based offices that's pretty much it.

    Cons

    No work life balance. Claustrophobic no perks. Archaic work practices.
