I have been working at DeKalb County School District for less than a year

    Pros

Great Professional Development opportunities, great co-worker support

    Cons

Disorganized and miscommunication between supervisor (principal) and faculty and staff. As a first year teacher, I did not receive the support that I needed from administration. I was hired for one job but was used for other things. I felt like a on call sub, with no room to grow.
