    Clean environment, great food in the cafeteria.

    Cons

    The better workers leave here quickly due to the mismanagement of resources by management in the imaging departments.

    Treat all your employees fairly, not just the ones you have inappropriate relationships with.

    Smaller hospital settings leads to closer family type of environment. This is great for an opportunity of support at work.

    Family type of environment does open you up to some gossip. This also leads to long time employees being allowed to get away with things that new employees would get into trouble for.

    Poor executive management, bad financial condition, could go bankrupt any day.

    Friendly place to work nice location in Decatur

    Cons

    None of the computer systems talk to each other it makes it harder to do a job when you have to log into 80 million different systems to find out one answer

    Advice to Management

    Try and get EPIC it would save alot of time and money in my opinion stop telling employees EPIC cost too much
