    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at DePaul University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work/Life Balance, Vincentian Mission, The students and faculty

    Cons

When I was there the Development team was underpaid compared to Northwestern, Loyola, UIC and University of Chicago. I speak to a few staff today and morale is as low as it can possibly be

    Advice to Management

Not a lot of room to grow professionally. Layoffs seem to happen frequently.

I have been working at DePaul University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing, dedicated, and interesting students who do what they're asked to do, and are passionate about social justice issues and saving the world and humanity. Excellent library, access to cultural events through the school, very good matching retirement funds.

    Cons

Typically top heavy administration who sit in their ivory tower and make the minions feel small in their classrooms; no free parking for faculty, raises, if any, are very low.

    Advice to Management

Care more about adjuncts, full time, year to year faculty, and give a kind word now and then. That goes so far for a good work environment.
