I have been working at DePaul University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers feel like family. Everyone in my department is clearly in love with the subject we teach, and that is a very welcoming and infectious environment.

    Cons

The administration caters too much to a vocal minority of students. More trust needs to be put in the faculty, specifically tenured/tenure track faculty.

    Advice to Management

Your faculty interact with the student body daily, trust them. Happy teachers means happy students.
