Move to different types of work within the organization. Very friendly work environment and good health related benefits.

Many work systems are merging and contractors are in and out without retaining experience within the company. Have to re-train people on systems every year.

Low level employees are dedicated, hard working, and focused on credo

Corporate bigwigs constantly making decisions which negatively impact workers and quality of product
Pennywise and pound foolish approach
Slowly replacing permanent employees with 3-4 contractors each for last few years. Now getting steadily worse and happening at an alarming rate.
Refuse to pay for basic equipment needs or maintenance to perform job function
Advice to Management
Listen to the SMEs that do the work. They are the legs you stand on and if you continue to abuse them you will lose money.
Invest in infrastructure and equipment.
