    Pros

    Benefits are very good having a child time off is awesome for a mother and father. Paid time is great the longer you work there the more time you get off

    Cons

    Some of management don’t like to hear your opinion. Hard to progress within the company. Sometimes you have to be what you say umm teachers pet to advance

    Employees need to be treated more equally

    Suppress people of color with higher Education level. Lack of respect for woman not in management.

    Stop Ignoring Great Talent and skills,Invest and promote within. Stop hirring family members that lack background skills and experience. Lead by Example!

    Great benefits. From life insurance to health, you're well taken care of.

    Cons

    Salary is bad. As is management. DePuy is falling well behind competitors.

    I worked at DePuy Synthes full-time

    Pros

    While I worked at DePuy Synthes, there was excellent upper management. They were very motivational and supportive of our needs.

    Cons

    At times, DePuy Synthes had issues with targeting quotas for territories. Unfortunately, there are quite a few companies that are that way.

    Advice to Management

    The obvious advice to management is to listen to your workforce. It takes time and effort, but in the end it pays off and everyone reeps the benefits.
