    Pros

Great team comradery! It was liking having a 2nd family. The environment was friendly and the manager was inclusive and supportive.

    Cons

Expectations were often unrealistic. During peak enrollment periods, call volume was very high and the expectations were set even higher. A lot of micromanaging during this time, which was frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Front line employees should be given opportunity to manage their time and responsibilities in a way that allows them the ability to do their jobs efficiently without having managers constantly hover and set unrealistic expectations during peak periods.
