Great if you drink the kool-aid

      Nov 25, 2020 - Admissions Representative

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, remote due to COVID

      Cons

Very little room for advancement unless it was already predetermined you were getting the job. Drink the kool aid, smile, never disagree and it could be you! Speak your mind and you’ll be an outcast. Very very very sales heavy, even though they try very hard to mask it as service. Predatory marketing and recruiting tactics. Notice a lot of positive reviews from marketing people. Trying real hard to improve brand reputation.

      Pros

Good benefits, career advancement opportunities, good salary

      Cons

Poor work life balance. Even had to work on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas. Enrolling students that would never succeed leaving them with debt but no diploma.
