    Good teamwork and relationships within unit, good doctors to work with, good pay and benefits.

    Cons

    Management and administration do not understand the needs of the hospital and patients/workers, never enough equipment, no uniform process throughout hospital.

    Please sit down with your nurses and techs and learn as much as possible about workflow and needs.
