Pros
I really feel valued at DealRoom. I have been here for over a year now, and my concerns are always addressed immediately (not that I have ever had many). However even feeling that my voice counts in our meetings and being taken seriously is a refreshing change from the bureaucracy I have experienced at former workplaces. DealRoom thrives on its open communication and company culture. I have never had a truly bad day working here because of this -
Cons
Sometimes things can get a little hectic and "urgent" without warning, but idle hands are the devils playthings. It's really a pro-in-disguise. I'd rather have a lot to do that feel like my employment is due to expire!
